More reasons to rent and not sell your property in Seattle

On December 6th, 2019 the Seattle Times reported that Seattle home prices have dropped again, down 11 percent since the spring. While this is encouraging for home buyers that have been locked out of a hot market, this is not a good time to get the maximum value out of a rental property you might be interested in unloading.

Sound Point Property Management is here to help you get your property rented and to take all the pressure off you once your investment property is rented. We can take care of those landlord duties you just don’t have time for. This will allow you to ride out this dip in property value and make sure you’re selling your property at the height of a market, not a low point.

If you are interested in learning more about what Sound Point Property Management can do for you, please contact us. We’d love to hear more about your rental.
