Seattle sees rising rents for the first time since COVID-19 pandemic started

The Seattle PI recently reported that ApartmentList reported the first increase in Seattle rent prices since before the pandemic. Rents increased 2% over the previous month. This was the largest increase since 2019.

Seattle had the third-largest drop in rent prices from February 2020 to 2021 at 20%. Any movement in the other direction is a good trend.

With the entire state moving into Phase 3, we are hopeful to see these numbers continue to increase.
